Once you have received your email saying a label has been created & you get a tracking number, I drop your parcel off to the Post Office the next morning. Unless you order on a Friday/ weekend then it will be dropped off on a Monday. After your parcel has been taken in and dropped off at the post office it is then in the hands of Australia Post and K&S Petwear will hold no responsibility over your parcel or the arrival time. We have never had a parcel gone missing but sometimes post can’t be a little slow and Sadly K&S Petwear can’t control Australia Posts delivery times.
